There are 24 time zones in the world. There are 23 full-time zones and 2 half zones. Russia has 11 time zones, and it is the only country in the world where its zones are in one “landmass.” Russia does not observe daylight savings time.
The Ethiopian Calendar is different from the Gregorian Calendar and the latter is what most of the world goes by. The Ethiopian Calendar has thirteen months in a year, while the Gregorian one has twelve months. Currently, the year in Ethiopia is 2012.
