In 2017, in Namibia's
capital city, which is Windhoek, the police announced that they
would be breathalyzing pedestrians. That
is if they were involved in a road accident.
The Republic of Vanuatu is made up of eighty-three islands in the South Pacific Ocean. Many of these islands are inhabited. The country has three official languages, and they are Bislama, English and French.
