Sierra Leone – Freetown

Freetown is the capital of Sierra Leone, and it was founded in 1787, by freed Black slaves from North America and Jamacia. 

English is the country's official language, but Krio is also spoken here and it is an English base Creole that is spoken by the descendants of the freed Jamaican slaves.
